Must have skills for 30LPA Non Tech

Hi All

I’m being impacted with layoff and have a months time to look for my next job. I have 10+ YOE in total spanning across Stakeholder/Program/Project and Team management.

My current CTC is 27LPA at AWS and I’m looking to upskill in order to crack my next job. I’m a certified scrum master and currently pursuing PMP

1/ Please suggest all the good to have skills in an individual to be a strong hire for 30-35LPA roles in India

2/ I’m hardly getting any revert to my job applications since the past 2 months and not even a single call from recruiter, please help with best practices to follow while applying
