Mumbai vs Pune - where to buy property?

Looking to invest in property. Confused between Mumbai and Pune. Mumbai has better appreciation but Pune more affordable. Which city has better long-term prospects? Budget 1-1.5 cr.

2nd gen real estate agent here, I would suggest you look at thane or navi mumbai. I'm not sure about the pune market, I can only suggest about Mumbai markets

Navi Mumbai prices are blotted due to the recent airport announcement. CIDCO has jacked the prices like nothing!! It's hard to find a good place to buy for GenZs
