Mumbai vs blr offer
My joining is on Wednesday 30th october for remote opportunity for blr startup for 1 month then in office Ctc offered 18 +2 variable
And i am from mumbai and mumbai based company offering same and it's remote also
Mumbai one is insurtech and blr one is fintech(Middle East based)
What to do ,should I reject blr one and go for Mumbai one

If Mumbai one is remote, then how does it matter if it is Mumbai. Take it hands down. But if you need to reallocate, don't go to Mumbai. It's a great city as compared to Blr but the tech scene here is shit. Good for financial stuff though.
Ideally choose based on your and your company’s growth prospect. I would prefer remote more but company is way more important that this one thing
