My friend lives in 1 bhk in rabale at 15k semi furnished . Maybe you can try there.

So I'm a 2nd gen real estate agent, I would probably go with navi mumbai because of it's train connectivity, cheap rent and lesser pollution, it's better planned as well. Honestly it depends how long you are willing to travel to the office and back.

I paid 16.5K for single bed, sharing flat with 4 others.

Excluding electricity and wifi. Choose it because office was 5 minutes walking.
