Multiple offer in notice period. How to convey to HR
Hi All, For example while searching a job you will get one offer and you accept also then in the 2 months notice period if you get another offer from another company how to talk to first company ?

I was in the same situation a month ago, just tell them the next offer aligns better with your career goals and trajectory. Don't try to be extra good person here, just tell them straight away

My concern is it's after accepting and signing their offer letter ..is it ok to backout after accepting and signing letter ?
