Trending @Accenture; Multi-Skill Experience but Low Interview Calls — How Should I Position My Profile?
I’ve worked with Android (Java/Kotlin), Spring Boot, AWS, and SAP BTP, but lately I’m not getting interview calls.
I’m realizing that having experience in multiple technologies may not always translate well unless it’s positioned clearly.
I’d love to hear from those who’ve navigated similar situations: • Is it better to narrow down to one core role? • How do you present multi-skill experience without losing focus?
Any guidance would be really helpful.
May I know your primary skill? How long have you worked with your primary skills? Ideally the next job is supposed to be based on your primary skill and if you think that you have learnt or worked on something new, then think about how the new one works in tandem with your primary skill. You can make some scenarios based on this and present in the profile.
