Multi bucket theory
Heard that multiple buckets are placed to catch associates. Billability in T&M project is must not in other small projects. Dont know how to get into T&M. Whoever has 50-55 age are directly into bucket. Whoever shifted multiple projects in one year are in bucket. Whoever has C bands previously are in bucket. Whoever has inflated package beyond TCS standards are in bucket. Whoever has RTO<85% are in bucket whoever crossed 4 years in same project are in bucket.
With all these buckets, will anyone join TCS from next year?
If you are in bucket then better to put down paper and leave TCS. Why you are sharing the bucket list here. If you are in bucket and others are not. Then definetly others are far better than you.
Whatever your new vendor will be follow the policy over there also otherwise there also you will be in bucket. 🤣🤣
