Mujhe kaam hi nhi de rahe

Friends, people from the grapevine, suggest something. Just 5 months back, I joined this new company, but till now, I haven’t done any meaningful work. It feels like I’m wasting my time. I have 3 years of experience, and with such little experience, if they don’t give me work, how will I improve my skills? They give me little task with deadline of 2 weeks, with just 5months is it ok switching, should I start looking outside? Kyaaaaaaaaaa karuuuuuuuuuuu?
