If I ask my manager about early release after putting down the paper and if he won't get convince. So in that case my new employer offer will also revoked and my current job will also be in risk. So in such scenario what one should do? Please help
If you are doing active job search best way to overcome notice period is to show medical illness and move onto bench
This is a huge problem with 3 month notice period. The only valid approach is to request new employer for time or ask new employer if you can offline support the new project . Cog manager will not do any favors for releasing early
Check your balance leave And use it for the release may be you will get some extra days from the leave!
Another option is if you don’t have much dependency on salary , resign and start looking for jobs
