MSFT India to MSFT US

Hi,

I am planning to join Microsoft India next month as a SWE 2 (L61/L62) and I am pretty excited about it. I have aspirations and dreams to moving to US (I know its not that amazing and India is great but I wanna go due to family). I know if you are lucky and spend enough time in a company, such as Amazon, you may get that chance. I used to work at Amazon IN but I was laid off cause JWO.

Can someone working at Microsoft India, make this move in lets say 2-3 years or more if they perform well, keep their manager informed about these plans and lurk for opportunities.

I very well know that the answer may be a big NO but I thought to just ask for opinions.
