- Considering hr or people analytics as a primary skill good?
- Does pivoting to HR analytics or people analytics help with jobs and visa process in long term?

For point 1. Look at the visa requirements. Not every country has the flexibility that US offers.
My personal bias - HR is a waste of time in India. Studying internationally is a criminal waste.
If you are a woman and rich enough to do this without loans then fine.
