MS/PhD in Machine learning
Should I go for an MS or PhD in Machine learning from abroad like Germany or Sweden. Which one would be the better option ? keeping in mind that after completion I would have the option to join academia or industry as a research scientist.

I am leaving corporate after 2 years for a Phd in ML in US. The reason is I just love research. I have worked in the academic for 1.5 years during my undergrad in multiple research labs before joining my current company. Man, I just love the freedom in Academia, and I thoroughly enjoy the entire process of research.
So if you are like me who have prior experience in academia and loves research, go for it champ!
Just finishing my PhD from top European Uni (MT). I feel like atm there are more jobs/research funding in industry than academia. I am now trying to transition to industry.
