MS L61 SDE 2 salary

Hi team, my younger brother (7 YOE) has been offered the L61 role with 32.5 lacs base and 45K stocks. Would appreciate guidance on the median range for both base and stock and till what extent this can be negotiated without having any other offer in hand.
