Moving to Poland

I received an offer from EY, which includes a 20% increase in my fixed salary, along with health and gratuity benefits of 1 lakh, and a 15% variable component, all in a better role. My current organization, LTIM, is offering me an onsite opportunity in Poland. However, I have a dependent spouse and child to consider.
