Moving to NZ in 2026, worth?

Hi, I am an SAP functional consultant with 10 years of experience and my wife is a Teacher. She is planning to do a Grad Diploma in NZ in 2026. Will it be worth to leave by job here in India and move along with her? Please provide your views experts! Thanks.
