I have total 10+ YOE across TPM and software dev. I am looking to move to Hyderabad soon. My current package is 50L CTC (32 fixed + 18 variable). What is the comp I can expect if I move to a good product company in Hyderabad?
70 CTC would be a good pick. More than that ist difficult to find jobs especially during these times
