Hey folks... I have 3+yrs of exp now but my project has USA as onsite but I am wiling to go to Europe. What is the criteria and process ?

There isn't anything like criteria,for Europe jl3 are accepted and most importantly your project requirement should be there . Without any billable role they will not send you.
