Moving to development at 15 years of SDET experience

Currently, our company is converting the QA team to development. I am currently a team lead for a team of 5 dev and 3 QA. I am good at technical when comes to test architect, java, selenium. But not sure as a developer.

Can some tell from where shall I begin to start learning, and what is currently going on in the job market for a 15 year developer role?

Current skillset : java, selenium, rest-assured, oracle, sql, langchain, basic python, test architect
