Moving to Costa Rica

Hi Everyone,

I received an offer from EY, which includes a 20% increase in my fixed salary, along with health and gratuity benefits of 1 lakh, and a 15% variable component, all in a better role. My current organization, LTIM, is offering me an onsite opportunity in Costa Rica. However, I have a dependent spouse and child to consider.

What should I do? Should I ask for opportunities in other countries? I would appreciate your suggestions.

First ask for an offer letter from LTimindtree not any promises from management of onsite opportunity. Once withdraw resignation till next 6 months u can't resign.

Think of spouse and kids cost of living in costa rica.

else go for EY
