Yes, it's possible. Apply through the Internal Job Posting (IJP) system, discuss with your current manager, and network with the new project's team.

But when I'm applying for IJP, I'm getting role maturity not met error. So, when can I apply for it? How much do I need to spend in my current project to elegible for IJP?
