Moving on from TCS!

Had a discussion with HR and they implied they have a cap on my retention CTC of 12LPA. No sure idea on fixed and variable component, just 12 CTC. They are not even ready to match my offer in hand. My lead told me to stick to your expectations, else if I withdraw I know the consequences.

Looks like I need to move on. AMA

Retention offers can be tricky. If TCS isn't matching your expectations, consider moving on. Other opportunities might offer better growth and compensation. Always prioritize your career goals.
