Boss I came frm wipro to TCS but my suggestion dont go to wipro tht too 26 per hike QV peanunt. Less hikes main point micro management if ur going to TCS to wipro u can't adjust with tht management
Every quater u need to give exam u need to get 70 per other wise uts appraisal will be impacted.

26% is very less hike unless your package is already very high and you are more concerned about the location.

%ge vise it's less but it will also depend on your current CTC, of you are already having high CTC in TCS than during this scenario of market calls are less. But you always have a good chance of getting high when the joining days gets less.
