Moving from Big4 to non-Big 4. Any advice?

I have been working in one of the Big4's in their internal audit (risk consulting team). I am planning to move to a non-big4 firm in the same risk domain (its a decent sized global consulting firm). Any advice?

Make sure the money AND/OR quality of life is significantly better.
EY in itself is draining. You don't want to switch out for some small raise.

EY has a great name in the market, so don't make any decisions in haste.
