Trending @Accenture; Moving from ATCI to S&C
Just a curious thought, how does one move from ATC to S&C. Also is it a good move, I am getting these thoughts since I don't see a great fit in my business architecture role, maybe a tech strat & advisory role could suit better. Then again may be a delusional thought. Any comments on this
My colleague moved from ATCI to S&C, he is on bench and couldn’t find a project. He is being loaned to projects in ATCI. The good part - Salary, and ease in movement to Big 4. The bad part - WLB, and struggles to find relevant work
Dont move , I have seen this 1st hand and it's not beneficial to your overall career Yes your comp might increase a bit over the year but then you can definitely get better outside. I am in S&C and after 2 years I realise it's a mess and thinking of moving to ATCi
