Moving Forward or Just Backwards??
dont understand why some people are totally busy making advancements in AI and called it progress, there are whole lot of incurable disease in medical field still untouched, there are problems untouched in other fields to be solved but nobody is still looking into it.
Anyone thinking this is progress, this is total shit taking humanity backwards, with more problems like unemployment, and other problems linkedin with unemployment, AI field should be heavy regulated it's high time now.
You have fundamental misunderstanding. They are working for profits and power of control. They goal is not for human well-being.

The goal is to create AGI and use it in all those areas you mentioned - medicine, finance, and more. Right now, we're limited by human intelligence. But if we can develop AI that goes beyond human capabilities, think about all the incredible things we could accomplish for humanity.
Agree, but let’s be honest—AI won’t uplift all sectors equally. IT will absorb it first because it’s fast, profitable, and replaceable. Medicine can’t “scale” human lives the same way software scales code. So people will lose jobs long before AI cures diseases. Promising AGI as a future savior while ignoring present harm is not vision—it’s a convenient excuse.
