Moving away from TCS
My current CTC in TCS is 9.7, Got an offer from a company of 14 LPA + 10% Variable. Is it a good move considering YOE 4 yrs, Hike, Job Security, leaving hometown and shifting to Gurgaon currently WFH ?

Bro your tech and yoe
Did they accept 90days np?

Tcs giving u wfh

Go there , explore the city ; explore other careers and evolve .

"Job Security" is a total myth considering the market conditions. I have never seen this level of rampdowns in so many projects all at once.
With the starting of large scale "AI Revolution", things would get worse and many good talents would be part of collateral damage.
It all depends on your perception towards your next company.. Changing city is not a big deal considering you will get 14LPA fixed in 4YOE.

Please go a head

Tech stack?

Go for it and resign today only and during notice period try to find out other offers keeping this base. Even if you don’t find any other offer it’s fairly fine and join the new organisation. No point staying in TCS for 5-7% increments.

Put down papers and look other options during NP. 14 LPA seems less for Gurgaon location.

Also consider the expense that you will have in gurgaon?

Stay in TCS or switch to Cognizant?
Currently in TCS with 12.5 lpa. Got an offer from cognizant with 50% hike. Which is a better option. Should I go for CTS. Just thinking about job security and work pressure. Pls share your thoughts.

Is it okay to join tcs with 33 lpa?
Got 14yrs experience. I saw some reviews regarding less variable payout by tcs for higher bands. And, they reduce the salaries sometimes. Please share your thoughts and experiences for making the right decision
