I joined Accenture in March 2021 as a Content Moderator at the L9 level in the AIOC . I have been in this role for 3 years, but have not received a promotion or any confirmation that a promotion will be available in the future. In May of this year, I moved to the ATCI as I urgently needed an internal transfer. During this move, I did not negotiate for a promotion or salary hike. Now, I am in a dilemma and am considering starting a conversation with my new manager about these issues. As my overall experience reached 14+ and my salary and designation not upto the market
