Hi folks, I’m moved to bench from project, manager says due to budget issue, U asked my lead why me ? she says that I got rating NI that’s why in infyme I still can’t see rating is still showing frozen

will this lead to put me in PIP ?

Bro, Now search job to other company and you can be forced Resigned with 4 month salary if PIP not cleared which is obvious difficult to cleared.
