I got mail like getting deployed to a project within 30 days. What happens if I don't get a project.

Its the job of RMG team to get tou a project. Ask them to find a project for you.
You will only have to worry if you do not pass the client interview for the project.
Otherwise it is not your problem that you are not getting an interview, they won't do anything in that case.
