Move to bigger organisations

Hello everyone, Lately I have realised that I am more suited for bigger organisations like Walmart, booking etc. firstly, I have core Fintech experience so how do I move to non Fintech domains. Secondly, how should I find jobs for these companies. On job boards, the jobs are largely for start ups. For instance, on LinkedIn, I see few folks in ho have moved to booking in Amsterdam from companies like Ola.
