My company has started Hybrid working model, I’m currently stay with my mom in my home town (7 to 8 hours from Bangalore by road).
Couple of my team mates are going to office, most of the colleagues are not.
Do you think I should move to BLR, considering like 2 weeks in Bangalore and 2 weeks in hometown.
Found a place in BLR which is like 18k per month.
If you are in your early career then yes, i think in the initial phases its really good if you are working from office or goto places where you meet people in your fields, it helps you in networking and beneficial in the long run.
I have around 5 YOE, but new to this org tho.
