Hello folks, I joined infy on august 11 2025. As i heard there wont be any hike in 2026. Hike will be on 2027 april that too effective from june or july 2027. Is it true? Basically its 2 years without hike. Should i stay here for hike or should move out after 1 years

If we are in bench and put papers, is there a chance for notice period getting denied? Like if we put papers before getting other offer, it will be problem right
