Motivation lost
I've literally worked only for a year in corporate yet I'm extremely bored. Is it normal? I don't even have the motivation to study anymore although at some point I planned to pursue higher education. Idk why this is happening and my job is also relatively stress free and easy. How do i motivate myself back?
Think about what was your aspiration when you started, if that doesn't help think about what is the most cherished thing you wanted to buy and if you can buy it twice, if both of the above doesn't work just try to speak with your close friends or family,maybe they can help to motivate!
I started off the same way was so mad frustrated in leaving and going to outside country.
But then realised india is way better and better pay is available u just have to look at your certain criteria any company that falls through your lane.
In my case the work isn't toxic and neither the pay is an issue. I'm happy with my salary for now but the problem is i feel that I'm stuck in a loop not going anywhere
I also feel this is a pure GenZ issue that we get bored soon. I'm more or less still a fresher with 14 months of experience.
Take a home loan and you will automatically motivated to go to work
