Motivation

Hi folks! I am in TCS from last 3 years. Currently, I am in one legacy project and it is getting very tough for me to be in that project. I am not able to learn any new things. My SRE thinks that I will mess up the things in production and she doesn’t give me any new things to work upon. Infact,I have done great works in the absence of her and my Mangers also appreciated me for that. But,now things are getting tough for me I don’t want to continue in this project and also don’t want to be in TCS as well. I want to go in DevOps domain. But I am not getting motivation and I don’t know how to start and all. Please someone help me

Do learn what's devops and switch internally to devops inside movement is prity easy rather moving out without appropriate experience.

Stay calm. Invest time to upgrade your skills. If you are not able to concentrate on it, then invest your time by enrolling in offline classes. Only think how you will upgrade your skills rather than running away from the project. Don't give attention to your project.whenever you get free time in between your project work, study to improve your skills.

Only one person can motivate you and that's You only.

Motivation? What kind of motivation you need? You already won't have job in next couple of years. Will you start over again?

Excel your tech skills and showcase to the management. If they didn't take any further positive actions then go for next company.
