Most useless app feature?

Just a random thought... who is actually using the chat feature on UPI apps? Like bro I just want to scan the QR, pay the autowala and leave. Why would I want to text him on a payment app. Feel like product teams are just forced to add chat or stories to literally everything to justify their appraisals. Next they will add reels to excel sheets idk.
