Most unhinged appraisal feedback

I just got out of my review and I am genuinely losing my mind. My manager actually told me I am "too efficient". Yes. That was the actual feedback.

Because I finish my deliverables by 6 PM and log off. Apparently it sets a bad example. Everyone else is stretching till 9 PM doing god knows what. Probably scrolling reels and pretending to work. But because I don't sit around warming my chair, I lack "hustle".

Idk what leadership wants anymore. You meet deadlines. No escalations. Client is happy. But no. You have to suffer. You have to show them you have zero personal life. This place is literally penalizing me for doing my job well.

Bhai I just want to work and sleep. Why is that a crime.
