Trending @Infosys; Most shitty and toxic company = Infosys
Have had an awesome stint at Capgemini for the past 3.5 years and made the switch just because of lesser salary. But now I regret daily thinking why I didn't take up the retention offer. Infosys is a shithole. I don't know what the people over here have gone through that they have become so toxic. Most of them are having attitude like they are working in Google, Amazon etc.
The most idiotic thing is when I've certain skillsets infy RMG is such a dickhead that they will be mapping to projects which require something else. And somehow the project will also accept the resource and then make him suffer daily.
It has just been a few months and I'm already ready to leave. Never in my life am I coming back to this bloody shithole.
Fuck you Infosys!!!

This is one of the most mismanaged organization in the market. Even I am suffering through the same. These guys hire people on one technology and then allocate then a project on a complete different technology.
Just allocate some shitty courses on their learning portal Lex, which has one of the worst course content and even expect to complete the internal certifications related to in in an impractical period of time.

They are least bothered about what you know or the skill set which you possess. They will surely squeeze you up to your max. capacity to learn new things. Until you learn the way you want to be and become like them. That's called modern day slavery.

Pro tip just bare minimum work and do that at home, and just chill whatever they say about work from office dont go , have been doing this from last 6 month and only gone to 10 days of office when manager warned , and just make up a geninune reason .

I faced worst toxic environment at CAPGEMINI FOR 3.5 years bro
I am happy with infosys now (working since 3 years)
So, if depends on project manager

Very true

It totally depends on the projects, i think I have close to 4 years of exp now and the firs 1.8 years were great as i was in a client proj, and the managers were great but then i got allotted an internal project where the nightmare really began, right now i have got a commendable rating throughout and should be promoted but have given up on that and even if they promote me i wont stay for long already been practicing dsa and all for couple of months and will be leaving soon hopefully.

Why are you abusing the entire organization based solely on your own experience? If you have the guts, put down your papers. Anyway, you should have done it while on probation.

No actually it is an organisation's fault, it can't be only one way where they say we are a family and all that shit and then next they do is torture and harrass you. And talking about guts - not everyone can do it easily especially given the market situation. The reason i say that it's the orgs fault is if most of the employees don't see a future in that org, they will someday leave and I've rarely met a person who doesn't want to leave infosys.

I doubt if you had done the same had you been in my shoes. We're in no realty show and hence we also need to watch our pockets and other aspects before blindly putting down the papers. You may have good experience and hence you're taking Infy's side but that segment is just 1%. Almost every other guy i see is fed up of their inhumane nature and mismanagement and wants to leave. So if the majority population has an issue with a particular organization, it is very safe to say that it is the fault of the organization and not the employee.

Avg day in Infosys

Am on the same boat. The skill sets are a mismatch and they still put u into projects and expect you to change tour domain, learn the new skills irrelevant to what you have been doing and let you suffer. I resigned last week mentioning the same issues as above jn the resignation reason

It depends on manager
I never faced my toxic in infosys

I totally agree with you.I joined Infosys as a fresher. Was given vigorous and strict training. But was deployed into a completely different unit. The work is a complete support project with no development. You can't even reject a project.
