Most secured job after tcs
If anybody wants to resign and join another company but priority is job security. So which option one should choose

I was in Accenture before for more than a decade and recently joined TCS… I am surprised to see the kind of fear TCS people have with Accenture. That I believe probably comes from the ingrained lethargic work attitude they have developed being in TCS from initial years of their career. If you are good at your job, if you do your job on time, if you have not had any professional behavioural challenges like taking 10 days to do a one hour job… basically, if you just work you won’t be fired in Accenture. PIP(performance improvement plan) is given to bottom 10% of resources. Have you set your bar working in TCS so low that you by default consider yourself as bottom 10%. If yes, then probably never leave TCS, stay happy with the salary you receive cuz probably you are not deserving of that too as you aren’t putting any effort in your job.

Accenture

I heard like Accenture is like a - Hire & Fire organization..... Be very careful while considering Accenture...

More like accenture is a project based company. As long as the project is running they pay you. So they have something called as a shared resource that is you work simultaneously in 2 projects so even if one shuts down the other is working so they don't fire you but u need to be mapped to two projects.
