1. One of the friends has moved abroad.
2. They see the life enjoyed by their coworkers in that land and recognise quality of life in India sucks.

Any person who says doesn't want o move out of India because

1. He is not affected by India reservation policies
2. Doesn't havea choice/can't move out of India.
