Trending @Capgemini; Most pathetic HR is here.. no one replies you on teams and never on HR open house.. HRs should be easily available but here no easy approach to reach them
It took me 1 months and a total of 22 emails this month just to get my notice period negotiated because neither do they reply on teams, nor their emails no matter how superior of a person you loop in!!!
Even govt offices have better service than this!!!
Btw how did you negotiated your notice period?

Had to buyout finally, can't help it coz their communication is the WORST!!! At times I think if shitty communication is their tactic to make a profit to the company, idk!!

Yes , i don’t understand why no HR is associated with each employee. From last 3 month i’m searching for few queries. But no luck. CG not employee centric org but safer than outside market.
