The hike % in cognizant will definitely be more that the other companies such as TCS, infosys, Accenture, Capgemini and also more that what we get in cognizant as well in last year August. Because recently Cognizant this year's Q1 results are published which are quite awesome and also, cognizant is doing very well as compared to our competitors. Situation in cognizant is far much better that other companies.
