Morning breakfast with a shock!

(Before reading this please I do need some help in good leads for digital marketing jobs in Mumbai and if it can be hybrid it would be great help as I m in an urgent need.)

So I got hired for a training and consulting service in Mumbai on Dec 4th and for one week I had my learning curve and induction to follow. At first they were all sweet to me but then suddenly on Friday they asked me to create a presentation and a whole year plan for lead generation and also to mention my learning journey during my induction.

I had my notes with me and I prepared my ppt and calendar overnight while I was in lonavala with friends for the weekend.

Then I got into an early morning call and presented my slides and they even praised me for ppt, but all of a sudden I got a call this morning stating they don't want to work with me and are discontinuing my offer letter. The reasons mentioned were as such:

1. I didn't receive his calls which I never received from the number which he states.
2. my camera was off during my induction time. I was like when the camera being off means I was not present at the meeting I was replying and asking doubts and making notes which only helped me to create a kick ass ppt.
3. my body language was not appropriate during the meeting I was literally on my desk making notes in my notepad during the meeting They stated my eyes were not on the screen.
4. I was not sending my EOD report which was clearly instructed to me that after my induction is over I have to start doing that not before.

I begged them to rethink and give me a month at least, cause I have paid my deposit and moved to Mumbai already as I got the job offer. They were all rude and like we don't want to work with you, I was not even given a chance to show my work and skills to be judged. Now I'm here all stuck again with no hope and feel betrayed, they were least bothered about my well being. I feel like I was just hired to get out some work and then left alone.
