Morgan Stanley vs American Express

I'm seeking some perspective on a career decision. I am a Backend Java Dev with 7 yoe, and I've recently received an offer from a major US Bank for 40 LPA. While this is an aspirational company for many, I find myself hesitating to accept.l have this lingering fear that I might end up in a role with high pressure, poor work-life balance, and limited learning opportunities.Has anyone else experienced this kind of anxiety before joining a big-name firm? I'd love to hear your thoughts or experiences.
