Morgan Stanley India Onboarding Process

I have my joining for Morgan Stanley at 12th November. It's already 2 weeks and bgv is still going on. I have another offer whose joining is on 10th November so I haven't got any update on onboarding process mail and all. Anyone has idea like when it will come so that I can confirm another company not to join ??
