More work and Less increment
It's been 3 years in TCS and my package has not reached 5 LPA yet. I felt I could have taken the action and switched before. Even I have worked hard for the last financial year and I got a B band. I was in a dream like I will get A band. And even my parents and relatives ask me how much you earn. Why are you not switching. And sometimes I lie to them like i get more salary . It's just so frustrating. Have You guys faced the same situation? Or is that only me..!!!

When I joined TCS, I had the delusion that if I work very, very hard, I'd get better hikes, bands, and promotions. 😅 So I worked hard. But now, after getting a B band and so less hike after working overtime on weekdays and even 2-3 weekends every month( everyone in team was forced to do so by scrum master and manager), I have lost my interest in working. So I decided to work less. But the sad part is that my manager, sm already know my capabilities, and seeing me work less for a few days, they are currently creating a pressure on me by assigning other's work (which they couldn't complete in time) to me and asking me to complete them in 2-3 days along with my own assigned tasks which were originally assigned to me. 😒😒😒
Bro you're also repeating my story 😂. I am also getting assigned with my work and also my teammates. Who didn't finish on time. And my lead just assigns work without even checking who has pending work and all that. They just ask like please support. They ask to do work overnight. And what we are getting by doing all those things. Just nothing.

You are lucky you realised reality before tied up with life's bounds. I'm 14 years here not yet even 5 lakhs also.
Even if you have got A band then also your package will be 4.70 There is no growth here
Just switch, they won't Care about your loyalty as long as the work is getting done
Company look at their own profit, not at your increments and career growth, if you want to grow, you have to move. Now a days, every company wants people in cheap rates and we are fulfilling their dream by working hard in return of less payment. I would suggest upgrade yourself and just switch the company. Love your salary, not your company.
