More than 35 days passed, still no action
Freshers released from ILP have been on bench for more than 40 days, still no one is taking any action till now. They are from ninja, digital and also prime. What could be the reason for this?

Freshers are not really a cause of concern when there are laterals on bench for 1+ year. I think going ahead policy be applied in a curated way on people who are actively trying to avoid getting into project.
My one of colleague terminated after 87 days in rmg. I don't know how 35 days calculates. Other one is 83 days and HR discussion on Monday. So he is next. But 1 interesting thing. One of previous project frnd was in rmg for 309 days still rmg ask to serve notice period. His last day is 9th nov. I am still not able to understand what's going. I am in rmg for 6 days and no calls yet.
As of now concentration is on exp ppl to fire
