More reliable ways for data projects

I do dataops and DevOps consulting projects , 2 major challenges #1) gap between projects as a freelancer ( most employers looks for resource be on their payroll and rejects solopreneuer thoughts) #2) didn't saw a single company openly encourage sub contractors to build and emerge as team in India.

Been through this for around 9 years, able to close IC roles with time gaps. Am seriously retrospecting myself and interested to speak with anyone who currently brings IT business in my technical area (data) to improve the situation. Listened to some ideas but not suitable for a solopreneuer. All I am seeking is building teams of 20-30 resources ;without financial backup of the project it's difficult to maintain software resources.

Bro, what are the skills needed for dataops and devops?

I'm looking for domain change and I'm confused b/w devops n data engineering.

Which is good bro and have good future?

Technically it's thin line. Dataops looks at bigger picture and talks about end to end serving of a pipeline while engineering is focused data flow, a sub part of data pipeline or a standalone itself. From a job perspective I don't see any nearby challenges even with AI due to data complexities involved. All the best!
