More base vs More overall TC
I got these offers for my city, please help me make the right choice.
Offer 1 : Morgan Stanley - Senior Associate: TC: 16.10L base + 2.26L variable + 1L joining bonus
Offer 2: Oracle : Applications Developer TC: 18L base + 1L PF YOE: 1.5
Current: NortonLifeLock - Software Engineer TC: 16.5L base + 1.65L variable + 5L RSU (vested over 3 years)
I joined my current company four months ago which required relocation. The reason for not relocating is that I found it incredibly difficult to leave my family behind and stay alone. I had sleepless nights and couldn't concentrate on the job.
Because of this, I decided to travel weekly instead of relocating. However, this has been very stressful, and my productivity is hindering. I've received five offers in these four months, but none of them are offering a significant salary increase due to my YOE. Additionally, I am barely getting any calls, which is making it even harder.
