I don't know about your role and other things, but if switching can make you pay better then please consider that.

Imagine putting 8-9 hours for your job plus 3-4 hours for moonlighting to get better pay compared to putting 8-9 hours for a similar paying job.

By far best advice.... Companies want you to stay in office for 10+ hrs so you don't moonlight. No company likes an employee with a backup plan.
