If C2 U will get all money except of/gratuity/insurance else for C3..expect 50% approx performance bonus component (rest depends on ur BAU performance might be u can get more than or less than 50%

If you are not opting for parents health insurance, you will get 69,618rs every month, 82,218rs on each of the quarters. if you are opting for parents HIS, around 16k will be deducted for each of the parents per FY- you can reduce that on monthly basis to get ur in-hand.
